Online Membership Cancellation Form
For Private Lessons:
Membership may be cancelled by submitting our ONLINE CANCELLATION FORM.
- Cancellation Form must be received by the 15th of the month to take effect at the end of the Term.
- e.g. Cancellation Form received on the 16th of May is billed for June and takes effect at the end of the Term.
- There are no exceptions.
You may withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect but your teacher and/or time slot can not be guaranteed.
Active membership is mandatory to participate in our events.
- Membership is not transferable.
- King Konz School of Music does not provide tuition refund under any circumstances.
- King Konz School of Music reserves the right to terminate membership, in which case prorated tuition will be refunded.
For Group Classes:
You may withdraw from a class before or within 24 hours after the first class by returning the completed withdrawal form. King Konz School of Music will refund the tuition (minus the cost of the first session of the class). There will be no refund later than 24 hours after the first class.
